On May 8th 2019, Department of Tourism (DOT), Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand, and Sasin Management Consulting (SMC) conducted a focus group discussion with Muslim entrepreneurs, imams, and involved tourism authorities on halal route planning. On the event, Mr. Taweesak Vanichareon, Director General for Department of Tourism, delivered an opening speech and Ms. Pruittiporn Nakornchai led the discussion.
